To maintain the highest level of product safety and quality, we have implemented a returns policy for the personal care products we sell. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy:
- Unopened and Unused Products:
- By law Personal grooming and care products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- If the product packaging is sealed, it must remain unbroken.
- Timeframe for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 2 days of receiving your order.
- After 2 days we are unable to accept returns for personal grooming products, as we prioritize product safety and hygiene.
- Return Authorization:
- Before returning a product, you must contact our customer support team at info@noviful.com to request a Return Authorization for the return.
- We will arrange and handle the return after authorisation.
- Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and it will be deducted from the refund
- Inspection and Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned, unopened, and unused personal grooming product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If the product is in compliance with our policy, we will process a refund.
- Refunds are also subject to a deduction 5% admin/inspection/handling fee for the total value of the order
- Refund Exceptions:
- If the product is returned opened, used, or not in its original condition, a refund will not be issued.
- Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
