    • Standard Shipping In South Africa
    • PAXI – Customer in Rural/Outlying areas to collect from PAXI point
    • International Shipping (for applicable destinations)
  1. Shipping Fees:
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • You can view the estimated shipping cost during the checkout process.
  • We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders, so be sure to check for any ongoing promotions.
  1. Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, Local South African times vary from 2 up to 6 Business days
  • PAXI service for rural and outlying areas in South Africa up to 9 Business days
  • International shipping takes on average 7-14 Business days
  1. Tracking Your Order:
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track the status and location of your package by visiting the provided tracking link.
  1. Shipping Restrictions:
  • We currently cannot ship to Russia or the Ukraine due to the ongoing war
  1. Undeliverable Packages:
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or other reasons, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the package to the correct address.
  1. Customs and Duties (international orders only):
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of the expected delivery date. And within 2 days of receipt of order.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
